Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sanad. Sanad is a service operated by Alshaigy LLC. By using Sanad, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Sanad is an AI personal assistant designed to help manage communication, information, and everyday tasks. Features may include assistance over WhatsApp and help with contacts, conversations, reminders, and related information you provide. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You agree not to:

• Use Sanad for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Send spam, harassment, or messages you are not allowed to send.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to access information that is not yours.
• Provide content you do not have the right to share.
• Use Sanad in a way that violates the rules of a connected service, including WhatsApp.

You are responsible for the instructions you give Sanad and for reviewing anything before you rely on it or send it. You are also responsible for information about other people that you provide or ask Sanad to handle, including contact details and conversations. You must have the right to share that information with Sanad.

Sanad produces automated output. That output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You decide whether a draft, suggestion, or message is appropriate before acting on it or sending it.

Sanad may connect to third-party services, including WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party services, and their availability can affect whether a message is delivered.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of user data as described in the data deletion instructions.

We work to keep Sanad available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You give Alshaigy LLC permission to host, store, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Sanad and to carry out your requests.

Sanad is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alshaigy LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for actions you take based on AI output.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

You may stop using Sanad at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, if we need to protect the service or other people, or if we discontinue Sanad. Ending use does not by itself delete stored information. Deletion is handled through the data deletion instructions and may be limited by legitimate legal or security retention needs.

We may update these terms. The effective date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of Sanad after an update means you accept the updated terms.
