Sanad is an AI personal assistant operated by Alshaigy LLC. This policy describes how we handle information when you use Sanad, including current features and features we add to help manage communication, information, and everyday tasks.

We collect information you provide and information generated while the service operates.

• Information you send to Sanad, such as messages, instructions, preferences, reminders, tasks, and other content you choose to share.
• Contact and conversation information handled through Sanad, including names, phone numbers, relationship notes, and message content you ask Sanad to manage.
• WhatsApp and other messaging details needed to deliver the service, such as phone numbers, message content, and delivery metadata.
• Operational information, such as service logs, security records, and the content of requests you send us.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Sanad.
• Carry out the communications, reminders, and tasks you request.
• Understand context from contacts and conversations you ask Sanad to handle.
• Protect the service, investigate abuse, and keep records needed for security.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information.

Sanad uses automated systems to read the information needed for a request and to produce replies, drafts, summaries, reminders, and related assistance. Content you provide, including messages and contact or conversation details, may be processed for that purpose.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Sanad is an assistant. It does not replace your own review before you rely on a response or send it to someone else.

We use service providers to host Sanad, store information, process AI requests, and deliver messages. Those providers can include messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, AI processing providers, and cloud hosting and database providers. They process information as needed to perform services for us.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Messages sent or received through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Sanad and to meet security and operational needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, except where we retain it as described in our data deletion instructions.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@heysanad.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Deletion requests are handled as described on the data deletion page, including limited retention where we have a legitimate legal or security need.

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this policy as Sanad changes. The effective date on this page will change when we do, and the updated policy will be posted here.
