User Data Deletion

To ask Sanad to delete user data, email info@heysanad.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Include enough detail for us to find the right records:

• Your full name.
• The phone number or WhatsApp number you used with Sanad.
• Your email address, if you provided one.
• A short description of the information or account you want deleted.
• Any other identifier that helps us locate the records, such as approximate dates of use.

We use the details you send only to locate and process the request. If we cannot match the request to stored information, we may contact you at the email address or phone number you provided.

When we can identify the information, we delete it or de-identify it within a reasonable time. This can include messages, contact details, and other user information associated with the request.

We process deletion requests subject to legitimate legal and security retention requirements. We may keep limited information where we need it to comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve a dispute. Short-term copies may also remain in routine backups until those backups are replaced in the ordinary course.
